Julie Biuso is the Celebrity Judge of the 12th annual Bakels New Zealand
Supreme Pie Awards. This is indisputably New Zealand's biggest baking
event, open to commercial bakers only. The judging criteria and guidelines
are the most rigorous in the industry. Judging is based on baking
presentation, the pastry top and bottom of the pie, the pie filling
