Thanksgiving Recipes
Pumpkin pie is a classic Thanksgiving dessert - but if you’re looking for something totally different how about introducing a little bit of Kiwi...and I don’t mean just kiwi fruit. I’m talking about Pavlova, a whipped confection of egg whites and sugar which puffs to a light-as-air delight with a shell as delicate as an egg and a middle of soft marshmallow. Topped with pillows of whipped cream, and, of course, slices of kiwi (or strawberries or raspberries,) it’s New Zealand’s iconic dessert, but there’s no reason why you can’t enjoy it, too!

Classic Gravy
Make the gravy from the sediment in the pan after roasting a whole turkey.

My Favorite Stuffing Balls
My family adores stuffing, but like it even more when made into crispy balls. We make these even when we are not having turkey!

Classic Roast potatoes
These are the best, crunchiest potatoes ever!

Griestorte with Pears
This is a wonderfully light sponge with a surprise crunch of semolina and a nutty almond flavour. The cake can be filled an hour or two before serving, providing it is kept covered in the refrigerator.
